This notice covers kitmesa.com. Each tool site on a kitmesa.com subdomain has its own privacy notice, which applies when you use that tool.

What we collect

We do not ask for accounts or personal details, and this site does not set cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical data such as IP address for security and delivery. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate (for example page views, referring sites, country and device type). It is cookieless, does not use your IP address to identify you, does not track you across sites and does not build personal profiles. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Advertising and cookies

Tool sites on kitmesa.com subdomains may show Google ads.

We show ads through Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. See how Google uses data from partner sites. Where required (UK/EEA), a consent message will ask for your choice before personalised ads are shown. Ads and ad cookies only load after you agree in our cookie banner; until then Google Consent Mode keeps them switched off. You can change your choice at any time in Privacy and cookie settings.

Purposes and legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Emails

If you email us, we use your message only to reply (legitimate interest) and keep it no longer than 12 months.

Third parties and transfers

Cloudflare acts as host and for cookieless analytics. Some data may be transferred outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. You can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt), or your local authority (UK: ICO).
